DESCRIPTION
This unit is directed towards the preparation of a University team to participate in the Philip C Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Participation is limited to between 3 and 5 students and is by invitation only. The unit involves participating in the Australian rounds of the Jessup in Canberra, held in February each year.
WEIGHT:
12.5%
ASSESSMENT: Moot participation (40%), written submissions (40%), teamwork (20%)
TEACHING PATTERN: No formal classes, but students are expected to work over the summer under the supervision of staff

About Flexible Study Options
Units are offered in attending mode unless otherwise indicated (that is attendance is required at the campus identified).
