About Census Dates

DESCRIPTION

This unit is for any student who wants an introduction to C# and Windows user interface technologies. C# is an object-oriented programming language which emphasizes a component-based approach to software development. This unit covers the C# language syntax as well as object and component programming in C# and the Language Integrated Query (LINQ) which provides a way to query data sources, e.g. objects, SQL and XML. The unit will also cover how to use various desktop user interface technologies, such as Windows forms and WPF.

WEIGHT:  12.5%

ASSESSMENT: 60% Exam, 40% In-semester (Quizzes 10%, 2 assignments 30%)
