About Census Dates

DESCRIPTION

In this unit students will learn concepts and skills that are necessary to produce well designed and accessible dynamic web applications that rely mainly on technologies that perform client-side processing. The skills component will concentrate on: semantic markup of text (using XML based languages); static and dynamic styling of text using style rules (CSS); and creating dynamic web interfaces (using for example Javascript).

WEIGHT:  12.5%

ASSESSMENT:

tutorial work (10%), in-semester assignments (30%), one 3-hour final examination (60%)

TEACHING PATTERN: 2 hours of lectures, 1 hour of self-study, 1 hour of tutorial weekly
