A series of lectures and associated practicals introduces fundamental concepts in experimental design, animal and plant ecology and in behavioural and evolutionary ecology. A strong emphasis is placed on developing skills in practical ecology and scientific writing. Students are expected to participate in some group activities. The School provides special notes.
