The development and application of structure theorems for various types of algebras.

WEIGHT:  12.5%

ASSESSMENT: 2-hr exam (80%), assignments (20%)

TEACHING PATTERN: 3x1-hr lectures, 1-hr tutorial, 1-hr lab sessions weekly
