Between 1914 and 1945 Europe experienced two devastating wars, a revolution of epic proportions and significance and a great depression. The unit examines the forces of conflict within Europe from World War 1 to the collapse of the Third Reich in 1945. It is concerned with the impact of the Russian Revolution, the rise of European dictatorships and the crushing of the Nazi regime.
