This unit provides students with opportunities to develop the skills required for professional participation in a small ensemble environment. The content focuses on the building of ensemble expertise such that students develop collaborative, interpretative and presentation skills for the performance of advanced repertoire. The repertoire shall be determined and agreed upon by the students and unit coordinator no later than week 2 of the semester and students shall be expected to plan the subsequent rehearsal schedule to enable a professional concert performance.

Units are offered in attending mode unless otherwise indicated (that is attendance is required at the campus identified). A unit identified as offered by distance, that is there is no requirement for attendance, is identified with a nominal enrolment campus. A unit offered to both attending students and by distance from the same campus is identified as having both modes of study.
