DESCRIPTION

Students in the Corporate Governance Major examine the governance and management of corporations. Students therefore need to understand the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)and associated law and be able to apply this law to corporations and their officers. This unit is not available to students in the Accounting Major who must instead take BFA241.

WEIGHT:  12.5%

ASSESSMENT: continuous assessment (100%)
