DESCRIPTION

Provides an insight into the theory and practice of financial management, accounting and accountability in public sector agencies; examines the regulatory framework and the social and environmental pressures for financial reform; and considers aspects of budgeting, control and auditing relevant to government agencies.

WEIGHT:  12.5%
