Course Structure
Core units are grouped in terms of those taken in the first and second years of full-time enrolment. Other units are offered in a two-year cycle, and may be taken in either the first or second year of enrolment (see the course schedule for each program for units offered.)
Progress
A candidate who fails to make satisfactory progress may be required by the Faculty to withdraw from the course.
Thesis
The thesis must embody the results of a research investigation on a topic approved by the course coordinator. The investigation must be carried out under the supervision of a staff member of the School. The thesis must be submitted by 30 November of the second year of study unless the Faculty has approved an extension of time.
