Course Structure
The GradCertAppSc(ME) is a one semester full-time or (part time equivalent) coursework program consisting of four X 12.5% units plus a work experience component (Practicum) of 5 days with an appropriate industry, private or government organization.
Coursework units are co-delivered with students enrolled in the BAppSc(ME), GradDipAppSc(ME), MAppSc(ME) and MAppSc(ME)Hons programs. Units will be coded at either 500 or 600 level to enable assessment commensurate with a postgraduate course.
Majors
All students will select one of six Discipline unit sequences available.
To complete a discipline sequence in the GradCertAppSc(ME), students complete 3 core units and 1 elective according to schedules for their respective discipline sequence (Schedules A to F).
