This 5-year (minimum) full-time course is available at Hobart. The first year is also available at Launceston.
Admission & Prerequisites
Minimum University entrance requirements and passes in MTM315109 Mathematics Methods and PSC315109 Physical Sciences.
Students enrolled in the Bachelor of Engineering program who complete Year 1 with sufficient merit may articulate into the BSc-BE program. A TER score of 70 is required for the BE program. A TER of 80 is required for students wishing to enrol directly in the BSc-BE program from Year 12.
Course Objectives
The Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Engineering combined degree provides an opportunity for students to gain a professional engineering qualification and a science major.
