This includes an examination of the structure and market for corporate control through takeovers and other forms of arrangements, an appreciation of the securities and futures industry focusing on its regulation, and well as managed investments. Students are expected to develop an understanding of the legislation, administrative regime and judicial decisions surrounding this area.
