Examines 20th-century Indonesian literature by looking at its history, development, major writers and works. Important novels, short stories, poetry and plays are discussed.
ASSESSMENT: Weekly online discussion forum (20%), 2,500-word paper (30%), short paper (10%), 3-hr final exam (40%)
