DESCRIPTION

This unit will be conducted in two sections. In the first section students will be provided with the skills required to conduct the research necessary to complile a short thesis. The second section of the unit will acquaint students with important issues related to post-graduate research in Asian studies.

WEIGHT: 25%

ASSESSMENT:

Written work totalling 6000 words

TEACHING PATTERN: 2 hrs weekly
