This unit develops skills in music convergence exposing the individual weaknesses of both acoustic and electronic sources, their points of convergence, superiority and integration. Strategies and processes for integrated live and computer-based interactions will be examined, with aesthetic issues in the use of varied methodologies in contexts including live and pre-recorded performances, supported by practical experience in executing small examples of integrated outcomes.
