DESCRIPTION

This unit builds on the work undertaken in HTG101 and enables students to proceed to further studies in Greek. The unit is designed to continue a rapid survey of the Greek language sufficient to enable students to read selected passages of standard Greek authors, slightly adapted; it includes some historical and cultural background.

WEIGHT: 12.5%

ASSESSMENT: Weekly vocabulary and grammar exercises (50%), 2-hr exam in November (50%)

3hours weekly in Hobart plus study package
