This unit provides students with the skills required to become a policy professional. It provides an overview of the theoretical literature on policy development, implementation and evaluation before introducing the skills and strategies central to policy practice. The unit features contributions from senior policy professionals reflecting on the issues and challenges they confront in their work as policy makers.
