Students will undertake substantial research on an approved subject leading to a major project or thesis.
WEIGHT: 25%
ASSESSMENT: 12,500 words total. Made up to either 12,500 words research essay or practice based work (up to 50%) and exegesis.
TEACHING PATTERN: Fortnightly meetings with supervisor (13 weeks)

Completion of a Bachelor degree with a major in Journalism, Media and Communications or equivalent
Units are offered in attending mode unless otherwise indicated (that is attendance is required at the campus identified). A unit identified as offered by distance, that is there is no requirement for attendance, is identified with a nominal enrolment campus. A unit offered to both attending students and by distance from the same campus is identified as having both modes of study.
