This unit concentrates on works of fiction dating from the late twentieth century to the present day. It situates the texts within a range of literary, theoretical, and cultural contexts to identify key concerns reflected in texts in the contemporary moment. The unit is designed to focus on a particular area of contemporary fiction, which will be determined by the specialization of staff teaching the unit in a particular year.

Units are offered in attending mode unless otherwise indicated (that is attendance is required at the campus identified).
