This unit is an examination of the methodology for identifying, evaluating and mapping the strategic alternatives for a commercial opportunity. Topics include how to search for new commercial opportunities, identifying a viable market, anticipating the risks involved and finding the right business model to commercialise a new idea.
ASSESSMENT: 100% Internal (75% Workshop Activities - 25% Major Assignment)
