Continuation of KMA152, with emphasis on the applications of single-variable calculus to problems in the physical and biological sciences, economics and engineering. Approximation of functions by Taylor polynomials, Approximation of integrals: Simpson`s and trapezoidal rules. Differential equations, with applications to growth and decay and oscillatory motion. Non-linear differential equations in one variable. Solution of systems of linear algebraic equations. Matrices. Parametric curves and motion in 3 dimensions.
